Tecnolav Engineering is a leading engineering firm specializing in the implementation of complex projects that integrate innovation and sustainability. We provide design and consulting services for the construction of infrastructure, civil, industrial and public buildings, guaranteeing state-of-the-art and environmentally friendly solutions. We are looking for a figure to carry out Construction Management activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the execution of works, ensuring compliance with the project, timelines and current regulations, with particular attention to the technical standards of the sector, special contract specifications and management of authorizations. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise work in progress, ensuring compliance with the project;
• Ensure transparency, simplification, and efficiency in contract management, resources, supplies, and execution timelines;
• Ensure prequalification and acceptance of materials, components and work parts according to current regulations;
• Design interventions included in the company’s plans and programs, including any technical variant surveys;
• Acting as Safety Coordinator in the Design and Execution phases.

Requisiti:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar;
• Registered or in predicate registration;
• At least 2 years’ experience in civil or infrastructure construction management;
• Proficiency in the use of major software, such as Autocad, Primus and BIM;
• “Bim Manager” / “Bim Coordinator” / “Bim Specialist” certification;
• Experience in using Project & Construction Management applications and managing site accounting;
• Qualification for CSP and CSE under Legislative Decree 81/08.

Also required are an aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team, excellent organizational, communication and decision-making skills, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent problem solving and adaptive skills, flexibility and adherence to goals. What we offer:
