We provide design and consulting services for infrastructure, civil, industrial and public buildings, ensuring state-of-the-art and environmentally friendly solutions. We are looking for an Architect who will be responsible for developing detailed architectural designs for civil, industrial and infrastructure buildings. The architect will be responsible for the design and architectural coordination of building and infrastructure projects, in collaboration with the engineering team. Responsibilities:

• Processing of technical drawings, 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD or Revit;
• Development of architectural surveys for evaluation and preliminary analysis of buildings;
• Drafting of construction paperwork and management of administrative procedures;
• Certification of compliance with building codes and safety standards;
• Drafting of metric calculations and site accounting using software such as Primus;
• Research and management of cadastral files at Land Registry and Registrar’s Office, including verification of viewings;

Minimum requirements:

• Registered or in predicate registration;
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering major;
• At least 2 years’ experience in architectural design and multidisciplinary project management;
• Experience in estimative accounting and management of metric calculations;
• Experience in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primus;
• Ability to create photorealistic renderings and 3D models;
• Certification as a “Bim Manager” / “Bim Coordinator” / “Bim Specialist” is appreciated;

Also required are an aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team, excellent organizational, communication and decision-making skills, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent problem solving and adaptive skills, flexibility and adherence to goals. What we offer:
