Tecnolav Engineering is a leading engineering firm committed to the implementation of complex projects that integrate innovation and sustainability. We provide design and consulting services for infrastructure, civil, industrial and public buildings, ensuring state-of-the-art and environmentally friendly solutions. We are looking for a Computist who will be responsible for drafting detailed metric calculations for civil and infrastructure works. The candidate will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure proper cost estimating, taking into account materials, quantities and technical specifications. Responsibilities:

• Development of preliminary estimates, metric and estimating calculations of civil, building and structural works;
• Drafting analyses and assessments of material and labor costs;
• Verification of economic estimates in relation to projects;
• Drafting of specifications and technical specifications;
• Monitoring of reference price lists, including market surveys and drafting of price analyses;
• Supporting bidding activities by preparing necessary technical-economic documentation and evaluating the fairness of bids against the budget.

Minimum requirements:

• Registered or in predicate registration;
• Diploma Surveyor/Building Surveyor or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture;
• At least 2 years’ experience with construction companies, design firms or engineering companies;
• Knowledge of design programs such as AutoCAD and Revit;
• Knowledge of common computation (Primus/Mosaic) and validation software;

Also required are an aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team, excellent organizational, communication and decision-making skills, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent problem solving and adaptive skills, flexibility and adherence to goals. What we offer:
